These Terms & Conditions govern the use of opencrest.cc and all video production, scriptwriting, and aerial filming services rendered by Opencrest. By accessing our platform, you accept these terms in full.
Throughout this document, "Opencrest," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the registered corporate digital production entity based at TotalEnergies Service Station, Limuru Rd, Nairobi, Kenya. "The Client," "you," or "your" refers to any commercial organization, partner rep, or digital visitor using this platform.
All source designs, visual graphics, color palettes, templates, HTML code, styling structures, and logo variants displayed on opencrest.cc are the absolute proprietary intellectual properties of Opencrest. You may not copy, frame, duplicate, or scrape these layouts without our express written permission.
Any scheduling coordinates, timeline briefs, or initial scoping metrics outlined through our contact engines are preliminary. A binding operational contract only exists once both parties have signed a physical or secure electronic Service Agreement details document alongside payment confirmation. All activities are subject to the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Kenya.
We endeavor to represent all media assets, metrics, and visual predictions accurately. However, Opencrest cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, audience metrics, or sales conversions resulting from video campaigns. Under no circumstances will we be liable for unforeseen equipment failures during force majeure situations.
These operational terms are monitored and interpreted strictly in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any legal matters, contract disputes, or actions must be handled through competent courts located in Nairobi.
